Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Casualty of Society. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


🔁 Return Policy – 14 Days

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. No justification is needed — but the item must meet the criteria below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags and original packaging must be intact.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Sale items, gift cards, and custom or limited-edition products cannot be returned unless defective.


📦 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@casualtyofsociety.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be sent to the following address:
Drottning Kristinas Esplanad 63, 170 67 Solna, Sweden

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email with the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@casualtyofsociety.com.


🔄 Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
To get a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and attach clear photos.
